| About Us
Judicial Analytics is a private group of ethicists who work with solicitors around the world to achieve ground-breaking ethical outcomes through the judicial system. The contemporary legal system is entrenched in the ‘Rule of Law’ premise based on precedence for Common Law, and the arbitrary power of the legislature to enact any law even if it contradicts Common Law, and more importantly the principles of rational, natural law.
Compliance or obedience with law is only desirable in so far as the law makes sense. In our blog we examine the flawed direction of judicial outcomes, and provide solicitors and their clients with tools to help them achieve the desired outcomes. Our intent is to encourage judges to take some initiative with respect to their interpretation of the law. We provide such assistance through consulting advice and our growing database.
We recognise that a philosophical argument has to be made for objective principles of law. Providing that philosophical base, invalidating the contemporary arguments for the status quo (of expanding arbitrary law) are the founding objectives of Judicial Analytics. Our goal is to provide encouragement for judges to engage in judicial activism. A further understanding of our goals can be sought from our publication ‘Judicial Activism’. |
